After several uses I still agree! A little confused at first as to what needs to come out of it for this to work (it's a square, push in and wiggle and pull to pull out), it's dishwasher safe, at least I removed the ends and the plastic square and put them in at the top I had to den Remove the dish rack from the packaging as it was dirty, not used dirty, but looked like dirt and dust. but before that i wash everything in the dishwasher! I have to say that the bottom rubber cover has a specific way of entry. The ribs line up with the grooves on the bottom, I'm slow, it took me twice to figure it out. Also, don't forget to put it back in the fridge! It didn't turn on, the oil melted and splattered the floor, but it was my fault! I bought this for my husband when he makes ribs (? I think) he adds a knob of butter. He hasn't used it for the ribs yet, but I've used it for the veggies that I make for garnish! I'm thinking about buying more, for more gifts!
