The way the cage holds the ball allows you to hold the tool and actively roll in many places that would be difficult to reach with traditional rolls. No sticking or snagging, the ball rolls smoothly even at higher pressure levels. Many rollers work large areas of the muscles and are more limited to the back of the body. This roller gives you a lot of options and it makes rolling areas along the front of your body a lot easier. You can pump your chest, quads, biceps, and calves without lying on the floor, or lean awkwardly against a wall to apply pressure. Another area where this role is EXCELLENT is foot roll. If you are a runner or struggle with plantar fasciitis, buy this product. This makes rolling out the sole of the foot easy and effective. You can choose how much pressure you need for each tight muscle.
