We bought 2 of these units for our coffee counter, we've always had good luck with Stanley products, thought it wasn't a problem but upon receipt today we were able to They didn't unscrew the cap as instructed, so I pulled the cap and finally got it to pop out. The machine must have been capped at the factory and obviously there is no quality control because you can clearly see what is not a carving on it. covers or bases.
