TERRIBLE ITEM TO AVOID AT ALL EXPENSES!

This is a terrible product and Pyle has the worst customer service so be careful with your customers. I bought these speakers from Revain thinking they would be great based on previous reviews but they are poorly made Chinese speakers that this Brooklyn based discount electronics hypermarket is trying to pass off as a great product to the consumer. They should be ashamed for trying to pass it off to the consumer as a quality product. Just take a look at the back of the speakers. So these are supposed to be sophisticated wireless Bluetooth speakers, but do you need to connect an active speaker to a passive cable with a forked wire at the end? Are you kidding me? You can't make that up and I've attached photos to prove it. And then to add insult to injury, they have terrible customer service. One day I called and spoke to a guy who told me to send him a picture of the connection on the back and he told me I probably have a bad pair so just send them back to Revain and swap you from. So I did. well i got the same speaker model from revain and lo and behold the same problem! And this time I got lucky, one speaker worked but the second couldn't get it to work as both speakers were connected by a bad cable (this was also the case with the first pair I ordered). Then the next customer service rep I spoke to told me the same thing: go back to Revain for a replacement. I have, but I will never order these speakers or anything from this company ever again! The buyer should be careful, and Revain shouldn't do business with them either!
