Bought this in May 2017 to take my 27" iMac with me. Now on my second iMac and the hand still works great. Never had any problems with the springs and haven't noticed any drop in tension or load capacity.I originally bought this lever because of the higher load capacity declared by the manufacturer.My experience has been positive and my arm supports not only the weight of the iMac but also two external hard drives and a CD -drive in an attachable shelf i found online the bottom line is i am really expanding the capabilities of this unit and it has worked great for many years the only issue i have ever had was with assembling the springs and the Lever geometry struggled me hard I used some very long zip ties to compress my hand and this allowed me to to install it yourself. Otherwise it would be a job for two. Overall this is a great product. Highly recommended.
