It's so easy for my clients to use, they love it. If I didn't have all of our contacts stored here I would be lost! I dislike that we can not pull up specific contact info without searching each individual person by first name or last name. Sometimes this takes forever when you know where to look but if you don't the search feature doesn't show any results. This has been an amazing tool for organizing their data with me. The ability for my team of 5 people (2 account managers, 1 customer success manager/supervisor + 2 field reps)to have all their sales processes organized into one system! I love that it's easy enough so our new hires can use too without any training needed at first glance - we are now able train them how things work over time with more advanced features once they've been using several months or even years but this makes onboarding easier than ever before!!
