My picky hound refuses most of the dog food, even if he likes it, he eats it and gets tired of it after a few days. I bought Victor because I was looking for a food that didn't contain legumes as they cause heart problems in some dogs. So I wanted something without legumes. To be honest, I don't care if it's grain-free or whole grain. I just wanted to add bean free feed to limit what he was getting from some of the other brands that do. This brand had good reviews so I bought a small bag. Well, he likes it, and although he gets bored after a few days, he will eat it all the time. The company also seems to have a very good reputation and is cheaper than other brands I buy. I will continue to buy this and try some of their puppy food when I add another whippet to my pack next month.
