I received my new emergency radio and after trying to start it using new batteries, solar panel and USB charger it failed repeatedly and I threw away the packing box and materials. I emailed the supplier and received a response within 26 minutes offering a refund or replacement. And a few minutes later an email followed with a suggestion from their engineer (still didn't work) and asking for my Revain part number. The next email said they had sent another one and it was received 2 days later. And it worked as described. Good service!
