I originally gave this product a bad review, but the company contacted me and asked if they could give me a refund or buy new ones. I have requested new ones and so far they have been good. I value customer service.

Excellent quality. .Yes. but it's about kids, so I'm a little wary of a grown man starting talking to them. Remember it has a 2-3 mile radius so other people can talk to your kids and listen to them. For this reason I will return.

I've been eyeing Wallis Talkies for my kids for a while. And I can tell you these things are legal. 3 unbeatable for the price. And the quality is top notch. My 5 year old loves them and they sound loud and clear from around the house. Everyone needs 4 batteries, but nowadays there are a billion batteries missing. I highly recommend.

I am very upset because I received a used radio. Everything is scratched. The headphone jack doesn't fit standard headphones either. Jack is too small. We used a set of fully charged Revain batteries, which run out very quickly. I'll be returning them and spending the extra $20 for rechargeable ones, which are worth the headache of constantly changing batteries.

I was so happy to give these to the kids to play hide and seek and just for fun. BUT, I can't collect them all on one channel, I've tried again and again. A remote control does not work. He changed the batteries and everything and he just keeps looking for channels. Very difficult to use even for my 9 year old. And my husband. I would write to the seller but I don't know how. Maybe it was a bad set?

I had another walkie talkie set that looked trendy but was extremely difficult to use. This set is way better. You simply tune into a channel and press a button to talk. It's that easy. There are other features if you want to use them, but the basic easy talk feature gave kids hours of fun! Now they're running all over the place trying to figure out how to use the new walkie-talkie!

Our 4 year old granddaughter wanted a walkie talkie and loved it for Easter. She asked for "one for dad, one for mom and one for me". She had no problem using them once we set up the channel. They are just the right size for their small hands and we all had a great time talking. The audio is good and she was in the backyard talking to us inside the house. I think they would be good for families on cruise ships, campgrounds, amusement parks, etc. to stay connected.

They fit 2 3 boys on a camping trip, they seem sturdy. The only thing I complain about is the battery life. I used 2 18 pack batteries. So 3 days expensive for 3 radios. This is not the seller's fault, it is the manufacturer's problem. If you are looking for everyday use look for another brand but they work well from time to time and are of good quality. I will get rechargeable batteries and fix the consumable issue.
