Love it! On April 9, 2021, I underwent lumbar fusion surgery. Someone suggested using this after BM as I'm not allowed to curl or bow. You can fill it with nice, warm water and wring it out! There are three holes on either side of the small divider in the head. If you squeeze a little, some water will come out. If you press hard, you'll get a good, even spray. You can use front and back if you are a woman for extra cleanliness. Also, I use a toilet paper stick and swipe with it once in case there is extra poop that may not have been flushed. Between those two, but mostly one bottle, my life is much easier, as is my husband's life. He's no longer obligated to poop. Lol In general it's nice to just tidy up when you can't shower every day.
