**Update 2/19/22 - Ufaucet reached out to me and explained they'd had trouble with their email servers & apologized and sent a replacement faucet that arrived a few days ago. Very pleased with their customer service, and wasn't expecting a full replacement as I didn't know if there was a warranty. Rating revised from 2 to 4 stars. Construction of faucet is solid, quality packaging, installation simple, instructions could be improved. 2 issues, flow is weak. Considerable loss of pressure and now way to adjust. swapped out the airaitor which helped, but still not adequate. The other issue is I emailed the manufacturer about the pressure loss and never received a reply. This is the basis for my 2 star rating.

I don’t write a lot of reviews and I’ll keep this one short. This faucet is VERY easy to install. It took me a half hour or more to remove the Moen faucet in our kitchen. This one went in in half the time. The lock nut spins on hand tight and tensions with a couple screws. Very clean. Guaranteed it will take more time to remove your old faucet than it does to install this one.

After installation, I'm pleased with it. Some helpful hints for the install. 1 The cover plate for a 3 hole sink, barely covered the hot and cold water sink holes. I turned off all the kitchen lights, and just used a light to shine up from below the sink. I applied clear silicone adhesive sealant to the base plate. I very much like this faucet. I wanted to alert buyers that I received a different "collar" that screws into the base under the sink. It is actually better because it is easier to route over the hoses provided with the faucet before screwing it down. I hope one can see how this works from the picture. We have had it installed for a week now with Teflon tape on the connections without any leaks. A good bargain IMHO.

I hooked this up about 4 days ago. It was very easy to install. The water pressure is very extreme for a kitchen faucet. Turning it on full blast splashes water all over the kitchen, but i would rather have this extreme pressure than the low pressure of the faucet i was replacing. I bought this faucet because the sprayer controls button was on the top and it was less expensive than the American Standard version. However the difficulty in installing it caused me to only give it three stars. The main problem is the tightening 'nut' is a 3" long cylinder with threads on one end. Easy install, easy to use. Needed to replace a kitchen faucet with no frills. Straight forward and perfect. Very nice. Came with new water lines to go directly to water connections.

Great looking faucet. The only drawback for me was when you change from stream to spray and off.when you turn back on it's still at spray. I have a similar one that when you do the same and go to turn on again, it's back at stream. I like a feature like that. Didn't think of that when purchasing.but I am liking the faucet overall.

It took me an hour to finally realize that I was not able to successfully screw in the water lines to the faucet due to the fact that they were simply the wrong size. The copper tip are the ones that came with the faucet and the silver tip are the ones I had to search for (my hardware stores no longer carry these kind) and was finally able to complete installation. This is a very nice kitchen faucet, the second one that we purchased, but there is an issue with the attachment plug on the sprayer hose. The hot and cold water lines are easy to attach with standard threaded plumbing fittings. New steel braided lines are provided.
