I initially gave this seller one star due to the lack of having an unusable second shower head. That being said, the seller reached out and made it right. I attached the new showerhead, which came with all the products described, and I am satisfied with the shower head. I like that I can shower alone or with my husband. I also like that I can use the attachment to wash my dog. If you get a new undamaged product, yes, I recommend.

I was excited to get the rain shower head with a hand held with a longer hose as I often wash my dog in the shower. I was really disappointed when the water diverter broken in less than one year with minimal use. Went to Home Depot and bought a Delta.

Beyond being easy to install, this shower head assembly is absolutely amazing for the perfect shower. It's relaxing, it's comfortable, I could stand under the rain water for hours. This added value to my home the moment I installed it. This is the best shower head I have ever used.

You may need to pay a bit of attention to avoid damaging the product while mounting, but if you do it properly, this shower combo seems to work great and should last. Plenty of options, easy to clean, very smart way to control the pressure on the handheld. We bought two for our two baths and are fully satisfied so far.

Great buy! Easy to install! I do not understand other reviews claiming leaks and what not. Perhaps they didn’t do a good job with installation! I’ve had about two months now. Being under the rain style shower is absolutely devine.The only thing I was not happy with. Is the actual small round shower head, it is made of plastic, feels very cheap! It works great though!

I had been wanting a shower head just like this one but my husband was hesitant on purchasing one. So what did I do? Bought it behind his back lol and when it arrived I had him install it. He used it right away and what did he say? I LOVE IT! He then didn’t mind that I got it behind his back lolThe pressure is amazing! I like the over all style just need to buy a different 3 way divider. The one that comes with the shower is super leaky and drips from the knob where you switch water distribution.

The style really gave my shower an more updated look but I think the rainfall head might be better suited for larger showers. In my standard tub shower combo the spray is so wide that it completely soaks my shower curtain. I use the cloth shower liners in lieu of the plastic ones and it soaks through the liner to the actual clothe shower curtain.

It is a good shower head. But the control to turn it from rain to handheld is much too high. If we hadn't already installed it I would return it. We now leave it so both hand held and rain are on at the same time. But it does reduce the water pressure of the hand held.

Everything assembled easily. Used the silicon tape and no drips. Everything works great, and especially nice having such a long shower hose for the handheld sprayer. I did have an issue with the adhesive on the handheld sprayer holder coming off from the holder itself and staying on the wall, but they were very responsive and sent me another one for free.

Had to get an adapter to mount the assembly higher so that I could get under the shower head. Now the wife cannot reach the shower head/sprayer adjustment because it is to tall. I am 6', she is 5.5'

The showerhead was really easy to install and is a great looking fixture. But, as many others have experienced, the diverter valve leaks uncontrollably. It is not leaking at a joint that is tightened by the installer, but where the nut meets the body of the valve. This cannot be tightened and so I'm stuck with a small stream spraying out of the valve (see video). I contacted the manufacturer on the day of purchase (7/14/21) and still have not heard back.

Word of advice: Go to a hardware store and spend a dollar for a roll of good Teflon tape. Save yourself some headache.Easy installation. Had zero leaks, using the good Teflon tape I mentioned above. Thoroughly cleaned the mounting spot for the bracket for the handheld using a magic eraser and rubbing alcohol and have had no issues with adhesion of same. Still fully stuck after 3 months.Just follow the directions. And use GOOD Teflon tape on every threaded fitting and you'll be good to go.Takes…
