I really like this gizmo! I have used it a few times since installing it.I am by no means an expert plumber, a very DIY kind of person. From unboxing to installed it literally took 15 minutes. Anyone can easily figure this out without instructions. It is already beveled with a pretty decent angled gasket on the unit that allows all water to flow right out. We replaced our kitchen faucet several years ago with one that had a spray nozzle head that detaches. This left us with a hole that we put a soap dispenser in for a while. Thank goodness for TikTok because we were introduced to this gem. It makes cleaning my reusable glass water bottles so easy! We swapped out the original T adapter with an all metal, higher quality one from our local hardware store. Worth every penny!

I had a friend come over and install this for me. He said it was a fairly simple install, however, the T fitting leaked, the manufacturer skimped on the T fitting and the washer. Very low quality, I then read the reviews and saw this was a very common problem. I went to the store and purchased a new T fitting and it works like a champ. Very happy with the purchase. The "T" included with the kit worked fine. The hose was a bit too long, so I used a spare that kept the undersink area a bit more tidy. This thing works great and is admired by all our visitors. Just remember when connecting these fittings (T, hose, etc.) that it only takes a bit more than hand tight to make them leak free. Too tight and they will leak - and then it's hard to get them to stop leaking once over tightened.

The product itself (after install) seems good enough. But because of poor design, you can't simply attach the hose ahead of putting it through the hole. So you then have to fidget under the sink and (if you don't have a plumbing wrench specifically made for under sink use) spend loads of times trying to every so slowly tighten it. Love it. It was easy to install and works great. However, it has two design flaws.1. If you're using a wide-mouthed cup (such as a large Yeti) the mouth of the cup fits around the paddles instead of on top. Love it but can only rinse one glass but then it doesn't rinse again you have to wait a few minutes and try again. Took the entire thing apart and found nothing wrong with it put it back together and still having the same problem.

Was super easy to install, but the initial gasket that was in the tee leaked really bad. Took it all back apart and started to put it in back in the box when I found an additional gasket. Put that one and and reinstalled. Second one worked much better with no leaks.So far I’m pretty happy with the cleaning.

Initiialy purchased and within a few hours the sprayer consistently leaked into my sink. I gave it another chance and ordered a replacement and going on for 3 weeks now with my new one and had zero issues. Not hard to install and easy to use.

This was an easy install even with drilling through the granite. I love it and use it daily. I have this hooked up to the hot water so no issues with hard water build up. Buying a second one for the outdoor bbq sink area.
