The product itself (after install) seems good enough. But because of poor design, you can't simply attach the hose ahead of putting it through the hole. So you then have to fidget under the sink and (if you don't have a plumbing wrench specifically made for under sink use) spend loads of times trying to every so slowly tighten it. So. moral of the story if you decide to purchase this is acquire one of those under sink vertical wrenches prior to install if you want to stay sane throughout the install.
