Valisy got back to me the next day and shipped a replacement immediately. They were very quick to reply back whenever I had questions. I hesitated to buy this faucet because the price was so good. BUT so glad I did as it is every bit as good as a well known brand that I bought for much more money for my motorhome. Update: It is over a year since I purchased this Valisy faucet for the kitchen in the home that we had just bought. What a value! This was not the easiest to install. The bottom of the connection had come loose during packing or possibly how it was constructed. It took about 2 hours to install this unit. Kept putting it and then having to pull it back out due to the bottom part not being completely held together. Once I figured it out, it installed. This is a great value at 80 dollars (I used points and brought it down to 30, plus got it on Cyber Monday) I can't work under a sink after racking up my shoulder, so had a local plumber install for me. Took them 15 minutes. They were amazed at the quality for the price point, plus every single piece they needed was there.The wife loves it and with the long neck big pots fit easily and the pull out spray is 20" long.As to durability? Too early to tell yet, but seems well made.

Great looking and heavy duty faucet. Got 3 of these for our kitchen. One was leaking slightly from handle, but support was great and they sent us a replacement. One important thing to know: these faucets cannot be installed when the surface is thinner than 1/4” (like when the faucet goes in a metal sink). I had to create a metal ring of the same diameter of the hole in the sink to get this to fit properly.

only reason didn't give 5 stars is the curvature of the spout, it is rather large for a standard home kitchen sink. The water stream hits the far side of the sink wall (closest to you) not in the middle of the sink. Replacement hoses cannot be bought at the hardware store. I tried for 6 months to contact the supplier. I haven't found on problem with this faucet. We just redid our kitchen and this is one of our favorite pieces. It's very sturdy and the water pressure is great. We bought this instead of the one at home depot which was double the money and this one is higher quality. I recommend this one over any comparable for price and quality.

So far I love this. Installation was not too bad, however it should be noted that you can't shortcut and hook up the braided water lines before inserting it into the sink hole. The plastic nut will not fit over them if you do. It's too bad because that would have saved alot of difficult reaching up under the sink. Looks great but not so good if you don’t have a deep sink - even pulled down to the max length I still end up with water all over the counter. Was easy to install but weight was a bit tricky. I don’t think it would hold up if anyone was rough on it but it looks and functions great

I have little to no plumbing experience and this installation was pretty easy for me. Some of the instructions weren’t very clear (for example- labeling of one of the o-rings was missing from the diagram) and a few misspellings/grammar mistakes but I managed to figure it out and it turned out to be a great product.

I am very disappointed in this faucet. It looks beautiful but I spent the extra to get that pause function. I thought that you could push the button and reach on the other side of the kitchen for more dishes and come back and release the button and the water pressure and temperature would be how you left it. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this faucet. I have been using it for about a month now & for the price you can't beat it. It was easy to install in the kitchen of my mobile home. My only complaint is that I can't seem to get it tightened down just quite enuff. I wish it was a little bit sturdier but it works just fine.
