Good product. However, very poor installation instructions, very poorly printed. The pads are really confusing, not sure which goes where. The base (not the facet neck) cannot be fixed without rotating no matter how tight I screw it. If not rotate it, it is OK, just don't feel good.

Its ease of install in a travel trailer was not horrible but the quick disconnect for the main water line is cheap and easy to break. Be especially careful when threading it on as the rubber washer likes to fall off repeatedly as you line up the threads.

The plate cover for an 8” o/c faucet hole does not fit flat or flush fit. The 90 degree elbow is not tall enough to tighten to the water shut off valve so I had to add more rubber washers. Every thing else is pretty good.

The only issue that I have with this faucet is that the gooseneck should be curved more. When you run water at full blast it hits the top front of the sink rather that some area in the middle of the sink, thus water splashes on the floor.

Nice faucet with a great price. We just installed it about 3 weeks ago. The weight that holds the pull down hose up fell off a few times, but we finally got it to stay on. Besides that it seems to be working well. The brushed nickel looks good and is easy to keep clean. So far so good, very pleased with purchase.

This thing works so great I love it. It make clean up so much easier and makes our kitchen look and feel way modern. The only thing I suggest when installing this item is to make sure the nipple on the main unit is tight. I used a large pair of channel locks to tork this sucker down. If it is not tight inside the body you can have problems of it not staying in place and that .is a real bummer. Beacuse you will probably have to take it apart and start all over agin.

This installation was fairly easy once I was able to figure out the HOT & COLD leads as they were not adequately labeled. My fault is with mixer valve - when the the lever is all the way to the left for HOT water I get very warm water not HOT water and when the lever is in the COLD position I get tepid water. I get a stronger flow of water when the lever is in the middle.

This faucet is really tall and looks really nice, I do like the button on the sprayer to change the flow and pause button to turn it off while moving it around. However, it is so tall it sprays everywhere if left to the highest position so I try to keep mine pulled down some. Also, the handle to actually turn the faucet on always turns on high unless you're very aware and very careful of how much you turn it on. It's tight and doesn't want to loosen up after 6 weeks of use, don't know if others

Knew I wanted the handle to the right and also a colored hot/cold indicator thingy. After installation I realized that the hot was in the front, and cold in the back. This just seemed backwards to me and didn't get better after a few weeks. Figured out that the round red/blue indicator can be pried up part way with a little screw driver and rotated to where you want it, then pushed back down. Looks can be deceiving. We received this and the box was in good condition, however the nut that screws on the bottom of the facuet sprout to anchor to the underside of the cabinet was cracked (it is made out of cheap plastic). Installation of this "nut housing" must be done by hand because there are no tools that could possibly fit. As a result of hand-tightening, the cracked plastic cut my hand (not safe). We've had this faucet installed for a week and I love it! It looks really high end, but not at a high end price. Works very well and has much better water pressure. I love the high arch in being able to fill our water pitcher or pots for cooking. Easy install also. Took my husband about 30 minutes and he is not a plumber. I would recommend this faucet.

Our Valisy faucet is very nice! We love that it is a very sharp addition to our kitchen and functions well. We really loved the price considering comparable faucets are more costly. The only problem we have had so far is that the instructions for the installation were not accurate. However my husband has installed faucets before and was able to compensate for this and he correctly install it.

We continue to be very pleased with it's quality (every bit as attractive as the $200 plus faucets I looked at). I love love love it's functionality and would definitely recommend!
