I loved this faucet at first. Then 2 years later it sprung a leak in the sprayer hose. This faucet has a lifetime parts warrantee! Great.not so much. Replacement hoses cannot be bought at the hardware store. I tried for 6 months to contact the supplier. Finally got a response but very slow communication and when they finally sent the hose it was wrong! They sent supply line that I can buy at any hardware store, instead of the sprayer hose. I tried to contact them again to return the supply hose and get the correct hose but again we are back to no response for over a month now. I have to buy a whole new faucet!
