This was not the easiest to install. The bottom of the connection had come loose during packing or possibly how it was constructed. It took about 2 hours to install this unit. Kept putting it and then having to pull it back out due to the bottom part not being completely held together. Once I figured it out, it installed. Now my unit, the red for the hot on the handle points towards me and cold away from me. It takes a while to get use to but those are my only complaints. It works fine. I would say if you have a larger budget, go with a known brand.
