I had a friend come over and install this for me. He said it was a fairly simple install, however, the T fitting leaked, the manufacturer skimped on the T fitting and the washer. Very low quality, I then read the reviews and saw this was a very common problem. I went to the store and purchased a new T fitting and it works like a champ. I requested a refund of the $13 I spent on the new brass T fitting and the seller accommodated that request. I was very surprised and pleased. It's so nice to do business with a company that cares. That show of customer respect went a long way with me. Love the product. I did not give any stars for durability because I just got it and don't know how long it will last. I'll tell you it sure is a lot more fun than a soap dispenser!
