This thing is just cool. I can't explain it any other way. If you want to feel like a professional barista then this is for you. I had my kitchen redone, so I didn't install this myself - but it didn't hinder the project completion, so I assume it isn't too difficult. It makes rinsing out cups easy and fun. My husband finally rinses his dishes out, so this may be a good feature if you have someone in your family that refuses to rinse off their dishes before putting them in the sink. It works well and is easy to use. The only thing I don't love is that water can splash out of it and make the counter wet around (and sorta underneath) the sprayer, so be mindful to clean that up if it occurs. Overall, I'd say this purchase was worth it.
