Some of the plastic connector pieces were broken during shipping, but Gigatent's customer service has been pretty good and I should receive the replacements by next Friday. It seems to be a quality product and easy to assemble (pop-up), but you really need at least two people (four would be best, I think) to put it up because of its size. This thing surprisingly kept my dining room warm. Now it, plus another one, is keeping the front of my apartment a good amount of warm and I live in a pretty cold place during the winter months. The remote came with batteries already and works beautifully. You can keep it on all the time or use the timer. It only goes up to 86 degrees if that’s a deal breaker for some of you. I am definitely not a groomer in the slightest. My senior dog, a schnoodle, went to the groomer for a groom and ended up getting SO stressed out they could not finish. Would not recommend if you have a large cup size and small band size. 30DD and the bust fits, but the bottom has a half of 4-5 inches from my body. It’s so loose you can see directly up it. If I went down a size to make that fit better, it would be too small up top.The v-neck and scoop neck ones(not the cross back version) didn’t have this same issue.
