Needing a lot of bookends, I looked over the options, and this appeared, in the product description, to be among the sturdiest of those offered for sale (based on size, length of the base, and the image) of this basic style, with the benefit that the cost per bookend was among the lowest, if not the lowest, of all offered. They are everything I expected and exactly what I want. If I need more, I'm buying this set again (assuming the price doesn't go up!).

This was a great deal! The bookends work great, and they were a fraction of the cost of something similar found at the nationwide office store.

I needed a good strong heavy duty book end to help separate and organize my law books on the book shelf. This was the best value for the money. The packaging was a bit roughed up, however no harm was done to the book ends. They have worked great for both hard back and soft back books. They aren't fancy looking but they get the job done and are very sturdy.

These have met the needs that I had in holding my books in an upright position.I don't think they would be stable enough to hold upright very tall books, like coffee table books, just because the books would be so much larger than the book ends.

Size is perfect for Fiction hardcover books and paperbacks books. Price was affordable so each shelf could have a bookend.

A little bit smaller than what I was expecting, but they do the job and the price was great. If you're looking to hold up a lot of really heavy books, you might want to spring for bigger bookends.

I loved these at first but I have had numerous problems with them sliding. I just grabbed one dvd from a shelf and they all fell off the end from it sliding off. I care about my collection and the condition they are in so when one of my series cases broke it made me come here to review that. Great if you don't care about the non-skid part.

These were strong enough to hold the books on my shelves straight and were completely unnoticeable at the same time. Exactly what I was looking for.

Use for organizing files on the bookshelf. Very straightforward design and easy to use. Due to it’s light weight, I use metal binder to keep it from tilting. Highly recommend this metal booked that will last forever.

These bookends were exactly what I was looking for! I recently put up a bunch of bookshelves and needed ends for each shelf. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy just something simple and clean that wouldn’t be expensive considering I needed so many.

I loved these so much I bought more sets! What can I say I'm a bibliophile to the core. These help me organize my collection quite nicely! They hold their own against my heaviest of book and never slip!

Fantastic price for a set of 12! Definitely lighter than you'd think they would be, for being bookends. But they are pretty sturdy.

Very satisfied. Will be using for cookbook collection and other books/manuals on closet shelves. Like padding on bottom to prevent slipping.

The 24 bookends came quickly and as described. They're propping up my books and DVDs now. If you're the "function over form" type and you need a lot of bookends in a hurry, then you need look no further than this. Nicely done, guys! :-)

These aren't super heavy duty and bend easier than I'd like but they seem to work fine for the large books they are holding up.

These were the best-priced bookends I could find. The 24-count allowed all my shelves to match. :) They were the perfect size for my books, large to small. They haven's slid or scuffed my shelves. 5-star.
