I needed a good strong heavy duty book end to help separate and organize my law books on the book shelf. This was the best value for the money. The packaging was a bit roughed up, however no harm was done to the book ends. They have worked great for both hard back and soft back books. They aren't fancy looking but they get the job done and are very sturdy.
