Review on Riding Safely With The Troxel Spirit Equestrian Helmet by Steve Snyder

Bought this for our 10 year old granddaughter. She loved it! But the 2nd time she wore it. For some reason it was loose (she had not adjusted it since the first time she wore it.) She took it off to look at her. A piece was loose on the strap. It fell off in her hand. Her instructor said the helmet was dangerous. I'd give zero stars if I could.I contacted the seller. Waiting to hear back. If they make it right. I'll update the review.Update! The seller kept telling me they were processing an order to send a new helmet. The "new" helmet was the exact one we returned. The broken strap was in the zip loc bag as we returned. I tried to contact the seller. He refuses to answer THIS IS A SCAM! He hept telling me a new helmet was on it's way, until the 60 day return window passed. HE IS A THIEF. I FILED A RRPORT WITH AMAZON and the Atyorney Generals Office. FILED A POLICE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER!SCAM ALERT!
