The product is definitely worth the price. The water pressure is better and the height is easily adjustable. Only downside was that the height adjusting arm broke 3 months into usage, however the seller was understanding and offered a solution-to buy the same part while they refunded me for the purchase. Overall, great customer service and a product worth the price!

Easy to install and competent instructions. Works well with a decent amount of pressure. Do not over tighten because it will strip. Use the plumbers tape. I own 3 now lol.

Lightweight feel but who cares right? I was loving the shower head until the valve that switches from the main shower head to the wand snapped off. Turns out that the insides are made of plastic. As you can probably imagine, it didn’t take much force to accidentally snap it while using it. I wasn’t handling it roughly and have been using it occasionally for a couple months without issue.

I’m obsessed with my rain head shower now. However, the poorly designed, floppy adhesive piece for the handheld shower head didn’t stick. They need a different design. Bummed, but won’t return it because I love the shower head so much. The extra long hose is great for washing the dogs.

I really like it but make sure you know where you want to place the extra handle as it's a one shot deal. I wish I better prepared as with the handle on I would have placed lower.

Love this shower head! You can have the waterfall going at the same time as the massager and both give out excellent pressure! They send it with everything you need to provide a quick and easy install. Both shower heads have a great range of motion that allow it to be used in just about any shower! I will definitely be taking it with us if we ever move!

Shower head is missing rubber tips in several places. Very disappointed.Update: Company reached-out to us to replace entire shower unit for free. Very nice product, good pressure, easy installation.

Works great and looks great, but after a month the main head started getting loose and had to be re-tightened. After a few months the shower head's screw is completely stripped and is now unusable. They skipped out on using a higher quality screw(which is very cheap and can easily be used without a price increase) and it caused it to be rendered useless after a few months. It's a shame because the rest of it works so well.

Adding another 12” extension, makes this one of the best options if you don’t have an overhead spout, very easily installed, lightweight enough to use on side spout showers.

Edit: their customer service was great! They sent me a new one to replace the moving parts that got stripped. It works like a charm now. I definitely recommend the product, it’s very luxurious feeling once I figured it all out. I’m 5ft 2 and my bf is 6ft. So having the ability to move it up and down without leaks is wonderful. He loves having the option to turn off the hose while he’s on the other side of the shower so he can suds up while I’m still rinsing conditioner out of my hair underneath

Overall the purchase was okay for the price but the adhesive that holds the shower head in place didn’t last . That's my feedback!
