The shower head worked great for several weeks . and then the nut on the three-way diverter cracked slightly (causing water to spray from the connection), and then it cracked a bit more (causing even more spray), and then it broke completely in two. The diverter itself is made of solid metal, but the nut is lightweight – it feels very much like plastic, but it's made of cheap metal; unfortunately, it bears a lot of the weight, which makes it susceptible to cracking and breaking. Eventually, the entire thing simply fell off the wall. Because the nut comes secured to the diverter (it isn't threaded on) you can't simply run over to the hardware store and grab a replacement nut off the shelf, and, since the return period has passed, we're stuck with a broken shower head that we can't fix.
