Edit: their customer service was great! They sent me a new one to replace the moving parts that got stripped. It works like a charm now. I definitely recommend the product, it’s very luxurious feeling once I figured it all out. I’m 5ft 2 and my bf is 6ft. So having the ability to move it up and down without leaks is wonderful. He loves having the option to turn off the hose while he’s on the other side of the shower so he can suds up while I’m still rinsing conditioner out of my hair underneath the shower head plate.Don’t rush putting it together. It’s a nice product, b it if you rush it, things will get stripped. Take your time and go step by step.
