This gave my fiancé and I both the shower heads we wanted. He, a rainfall head, like he's enjoyed at upscale hotels, and me, a handheld wand, that I've always had and therefore am used to. I love that there's the option to have both on at the same time.Installation was relatively easy for me, as someone who has only ever tackled minor plumbing issues around the house. I made sure to use plenty of Teflon tape around all the threads and have, to this point, never had an issue with leaking. It was the second thing I installed in our new house, after our bidet (because I'm a lady and hate having to do my business without one) and although it's only been 5 months or so, it has held up well so far.My only gripe and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the sticky bracket for the wand has one angle that it always slips out of. I think it's a manufacturing defect where the notch just isn't as robust as the other ones, so I do wish they included an extra. Still, this is a good bang for your buck here, and I would buy it again.
