So I bought a pair of these, great scooter for the price. However, after five months, one of them won't turn on. So I reached out to HiBoy customer service, didn't know what to expect or to hear back from them at all since it's been five months. To my surprise, they responded pretty quickly. After a few emails back and forth, they determined it was a battery issue. They said they would send a new battery right away, but it would take some time since their warehouse in the US was out of stock. BuSee full review
