I bought my scooter last year in 11/2021 and have really enjoyed it as it is a blast to ride! The scooter stopped working a couple of weeks ago, so I emailed customer service asking for help. They responded the next day with ways to test it and they helped me diagnose the problem as being the battery. They shipped me a new battery and I was back up and running within a week. I bought this scooter about 13 months ago. It is a nice scooter and does everything as advertised. it is smooth, stable, fast and comfortable. Around 11 months after my purchase the battery failed. I purchased this scooter to scoot around my neighborhood after work. I can easily visit every road twice with a full charge. After a short learning curve, the scooter is very easy to ride. Just continue for a short distance at what ever max speed you choose and the scooter will beep and activate cruise control.
