Great Scooter and A+ Customer Service
I bought my scooter last year in 11/2021 and have really enjoyed it as it is a blast to ride! The scooter stopped working a couple of weeks ago, so I emailed customer service asking for help. They responded the next day with ways to test it and they helped me diagnose the problem as being the battery. They shipped me a new battery and I was back up and running within a week. Great scooter and awesome customer service!
