Scooter works great. Bought it for my son to use but i used it one day when my car was being repaired. I slightly exceeded the weight limit and it still worked just fine. My son uses it at least 8 miles a day with no issues. We bought a headlight for it just in case and the smartphone locking system via the hiboy app is easy. It wont prevent someone from just stealing it, but it does lock out users. Customer service is phenomenal. After several months we had a broken brake lever and they sent out a replacement part and video of how to replace. I just sent in pictures via email and the replacement came in 2 days. I'm going to buy another one for my other son.
