Updated Review - HiBoy Max3

This updated review is regards my experience with the HiBoy Max3, as well as the company's customer service. In my original review, I had issues with the scooter's durability on the road and acceleration, but these are issues that can be solved as you learn how to properly ride the scooter. That said, I was displeased with HiBoy's customer service regarding scooter repair and maintenance. After getting a flat, I attempted to contact HiBoy about repairing or replacing the inner tube. Communication was not the best it could have been (HiBoy is based in China), but not a complete hinderance. That said, the person I spoke to gave little help regarding how to properly remove the tire and replace the inner tube. Without proper instruction or information on how to service this particular model of scooter, I ended up unnecessarily drilling out screws from the plate that protects the motor in the rear tire. I didn't directly hit the motor with the drill bit, but I now have issues with the motor simply from not having the correct info from the manufacturer or necessary ability to self-service this product.Final thoughts: Do the research on a product and the manufacturer before you invest in an electric scooter. Personally I'd suggest that if you can't contact customer service by phone or even live chat when you have service/ repair issues, or the owner's manual reads like an elementary grade school book with only basic information, DON'T buy the product.

Pros
