Nails don't fit on hangers!

Seriously? The holes in the brackets are not big enough for the included nails. You might think that the biggest hangars come with the biggest nails and so on. But no. None of the large hangers had holes large enough for the largest nails. About 1/3 of the medium hangers had holes for the largest nails. So you should either use small nails for the big hangers or find your own. Also, they are very filmy compared to others I've had. Next time I will go to the hardware store and choose them myself. I would never hang anything heavy on them! Save money for a car. upset.
