This little air conditioner is great! I like that it's light weight, has a handle on top and is very quiet. It will be nice to use it at home and not worry about the noise disturbing my family, and I can also take it to work. In comparison, even when I run it at the highest fan speed, it's still quieter than my Vornado desktop fan, AND it creates more air movement/cooling on top of that. The included USB cable is long enough to connect/charge while lying on my desk with a spare length of cable. The output power/fan seems to be just as high in battery mode. I haven't tried how long the battery lasts, but I can easily take it with me when I'm sitting outside, on a picnic, on the beach, etc. There is a grill on the front of the cooler that allows you to adjust the vertical angle. air movement is on. There's a filter behind it, so you don't have to worry about dust and pet hair blowing at you, or curious little kids sticking their fingers in it. In addition to the operating and charging indicators, there are 3 additional buttons on the housing. Top that are easy to use. One button turns the fan on/off and changes its speed, the second button turns on the humidity function that pulls water/ice out of the tank, and the third turns on the LED that gradually changes color, also not too bright, so it will be beautiful like a night light. It goes well with my other computer accessories to be honest because I'm one of those weirdos that makes my whole computer/mouse/keyboard glow. While the fan itself was efficient, I was surprised at how quickly the temperature dropped. when to turn on the humidity function and how much water the small tank can hold. I have found that the tank is easiest to fill when you have these paper bathroom cups as you can flip up the rim to simply pour water into the tank. It also holds multiple mugs if you use a mug of this size. While not powerful enough to cool an entire room, it is ideal for personal use. When I first turned it on, I placed a digital thermometer next to it and it quickly cooled down to 7 degrees in under 10 minutes on the table. For those who overheat often, PLUS I have chronic hives (which gets me very hot at times!), this thing will be amazing to use.
