Review on Duplicate Detection for Dynamics 365 CRM by Travis Flores

The best thing about this tool is that it can detect duplicate records automatically which reduces manual work. Sometimes, I am not able to access the tool from my browser and need to use an alternative way like desktop application. It would be better if there were more options to customize the rules. I don't like the fact that it doesn't support other file formats such as CSV, XLSX etc. Also, it does not have any mobile app. So, I'm using desktop version. I've been working with this tool for some months now and haven't faced any issues. It has helped me reduce the time spent on data cleanup by almost 90%. It has been very helpful for my organization. It helps me identify duplicate records in real-time and removes them from the master list.
