Incorrect size description

I usually wear 30 inches so I choose size S which is 28-30 inches. Once I received the item I can't even wear it because it's too short for me. waste of time. We are currently working on the return and refund process.

Plus, it's good quality but the price is too high although the quality is there. But I think you get what you pay for.
