I like that we can pull up everything about our clients right within one system! We were able t keep track o everyone's background checks for every type jobs so there was no confusion between applicants once they went through an interview process.- There isn't anything i dislike yet but am looking forward too because this piece will be much easier now than before!! I like that this service has so much versatility for searching different databases. This allows me to find what i am looking for very quickly. There isn't anything really negative about this program but if there was something maybe they could make it easier to navigate through some things (esp when using an iPad). If your trying to do research online then definitely use Datawalk! They have helped us obtain valuable evidence within minutes instead of hours/days which saves our department lots of money.
