Great team with excellent knowledge of drone technology, great customer service (when you need it), responsive/fast updates from their development teams when something comes up that needs attention or they have questions about your use cases - sometimes things can be hard to understand without examples! The platform is easy enough that anyone can use it, even if they have no previous experience in drone operation or safety management!
