Great team with excellent knowledge of drone technology, great customer service (when you need it), responsive/fast updates from their development teams when something comes up that needs attention or they have questions about your use cases - sometimes things can be hard to understand without examples! The biggest challenge is trying to keep pace wth all possible uses-cases across different industries (eCommerce / logistics). It's been difficult at times keeping track but I think we've got our head around what works best in each area as well now. We're using them primarily for ecommerce delivery mapping; however this has expanded into other areas such as site monitoring etc which helps us get an idea where inventory sits within warehouses.
