The ability to use RDL files directly in SSRS. Reporting is very flexible and allows for customizations as needed. There are many different ways to customize reports as well. I like how well everything works together in this product; from data connections (SQL Server), through all of our reports via SSRS or other BI products such as Power View/Power Map etc., right up until we get final deliverables out there - either PDFs / XLSX files at end user level which can be opened by their own software too if required). The ability to create dynamic reports without having to know SQL is really useful when someone else has created an initial report but would like to have some changes made or perhaps include more details in certain sections of their original report. This makes my job much easier because I can easily change things around if need be.
