I like that it's so easy to search through my old emails for something specific. It also makes archiving them very easy. The interface is not as user friendly as some other software out there but once you get used to it, there isn't much to dislike about this program. The search function is so quick that i would say its almost instant! As well as being able to use it through my android phone or tablet I can also access this from home via web browser which was very useful for when working out where something had been put away before going into work in person but no longer at work and need those notes again - easy way round this with hay stack! I love that it is easy to search for things across multiple platforms (e.g., desktop/mobile) at once. Searching is easy using this software with its search capabilities that are extremely useful for my daily work as well to find important information about customers who send me emails or those I need from our database system. I like that it's able to pull together everything that we use at my job (and everywhere else!) into a single searchable platform. It has been great for finding things when they pop up from emails or other places - something with no file is really useful!
