Review on Haystack by Jose Schweigert

I like that it's able to pull together everything that we use at my job (and everywhere else!) into a single searchable platform. It has been great for finding things when they pop up from emails or other places - something with no file is really useful! The interface could be more intuitive at first look but once you get familiar with how different features work, it makes sense. Try using it as an audit system so that you can see what people are doing without having to log calls/emails. We've solved our email archive problems by storing archives of them inside the search engine itself rather than relying solely on email providers. This means less storage space needed and access to anything archived anytime anywhere.
