The support team are always helpful in helping us figure out our problems as well. There were times when we had issues but they really helped resolve those quickly. The fact we can create our own dashboards with custom reports made it easy for us as Salesforce administrators who have little coding experience or skillset outside of what's required in an admin role like this one!
