Excellent solution and great customer service

I like being able to use one search engine vs another, it's much easier for me as an admin of more than 10+ sites within our organization at work! The ability not just find records but also see which are active or archived/deleted would be nice too - maybe this could make some sense in future versions? Overall we're satisfied with how well ES works; however there may have been features they were working towards adding (such has tagging) over time since launch so perhaps those will eventually…

Hylan Software is amazing!!! Best bang-for your buck

The best thing about this product was its ease of use, it has all you need to do search engine optimization (SEO). It also allows for easy customization which makes adapting new features or adding functionality very simple as well! I dislike how slow some aspects are when using enterprise software like hylans ESE so if speed were improved then i would be happy with what we have now but other than those few issues everything else works great!! Highly recommend anyone looking into SEO solutions…

I like how easy it makes searching for documents within my organization, whether its with one-click or multiple searches in different file types! It's extremely helpful to have all of this information at our fingertips when needed without even having an internet connection - which can be very beneficial sometimes as well because we are working remotely from afar while still meeting deadlines/schedules etc., especially during projects where there may not always exist constant connectivity via…

Enterprise Search - Great program when working offsite

The most useful feature was the ability to search across multiple file sizes at once, which is an area where other indexers either do not have this feature or only support one file size. This makes it hard for me to compare results between products if they are different from each other. I also wish there were some way to automatically download the results of queries into a Word document. For example, I had a query run against all documents in our repository and I wanted to quickly review them…

Hyland Enterprise Marketing is great tool that brings efficiency and simplicity

I like how it allows us to use multiple sources for our search results, not just one or two specific ones - this makes searching easier! It also gives me an insight into my competitors' marketing efforts (via their website's analytics). The only thing i dislike about enterprise searhcng product so far has been its price but with all new technology being more expensive than initially thought perhaps hylands pricing can be reconsidered?
