I like how it allows us to use multiple sources for our search results, not just one or two specific ones - this makes searching easier! It also gives me an insight into my competitors' marketing efforts (via their website's analytics). The only thing i dislike about enterprise searhcng product so far has been its price but with all new technology being more expensive than initially thought perhaps hylands pricing can be reconsidered? Currently we are trying out various products at work in order to improve productivity as well make employees life easyer by providing them access via mobile devices where needed most.
