The most useful feature was the ability to search across multiple file sizes at once, which is an area where other indexers either do not have this feature or only support one file size. This makes it hard for me to compare results between products if they are different from each other. I also wish there were some way to automatically download the results of queries into a Word document. For example, I had a query run against all documents in our repository and I wanted to quickly review them together with my team. In order to do so, I would need to first navigate to each individual file and then open up each one on its own. That's a lot of time to spend just reviewing files. Instead, what I really want to see is a table listing out all the files included in the query results. The tool has been very helpful in locating information quickly. It has also helped us to identify areas of improvement within our organization. I have not found any cons with this software. If you are looking for a way to locate information faster than before, then this software will be beneficial to your business. This product has helped me to find information more efficiently.
