Review on Haystack by Robbie Guinn

It's easy to use with great features that are intuitively designed for users who need it. The support team is very responsive when needed! I would like more options such as being able to search multiple folders at once or add custom tags/fields. Overall this tool has been helpful so far but there may be other tools out there better suited if they don't have what we're looking for now. We've used this software since our previous file storage service provider went under. This was an important piece of information because many people had their data stored elsewhere which meant having to re-enter everything into new accounts (which took forever). Now my boss can access his own work from anywhere without needing internet connection just through Haystack.
