Ordering these socks was risky because I wear size 10.5. I was delighted to find that they are stretchy enough to fit my big feet very comfortably.I love them! I sleep in them because they are so cozy, and I usually have to get up for the bathroom at least once a night. No danger of slipping or freezing my feet. I also wear them around the house when I first get up. I have already sent some off to a few people for gifts. And I bought a second pair, might even get a third. I will want to wear them all through the winter--even in Los Angeles. The nights do get cool here. The socks are warm, but not hot.Obviously, I highly recommend these. (Have not washed them yet, but assume from other reviewers that they come out fine.)
