I bought an old model of this mop a few years ago. I LOVE the design and the easy cleaning of the mop. But after a few years of use, the handle started falling apart. After re-gluing it several times with mixed results I finally decided to buy a new one and even with this one version I went with the same brand because I really liked it. This new design eliminates all the shortcomings of the previous model. The spin mechanism on the bucket has curved edges that keep the mop cords inside which is a HUGE improvement. The handle is now reinforced where my other would have fallen apart. I suspect this new model will last MUCH longer than the original model. More than happy with this purchase.
